  4. Only discard if actually BAD (dates are not the authority)

Based on my Fridge Finds, I'm adding to my cooking list:

  • Cheese Ends Baked Mac and Cheese: Cheddar Cheese, Cream Cheese, English Peas, Cauliflower
  • Bolognese or Butter Chicken: Tomato Juice
  • Mapo Tofu: Spicy Black Bean Paste
  • Pistou: Tarragon and Parsley
  • Creamy Polenta with Spring Fajita Veggies: Sautéed Asparagus, Spring Onion, and Arugula leftover from Veggie & Tofu Fajitas

Don't forget about the fridge door!

  • Condiments
  • Pickles
  • Jams & Preserves

These items make great:

  • dressings
  • sauces
  • marinades
  • flavor bases for soups, braises and stews
