Description
Make your very own tofu from scratch. In the process you’ll also learn how to make soy milk and we will discuss what to do with the okara, a by-product of tofu production. You really only need a few easy-to-find ingredients, some cheesecloth and a blender. If you have a soy allergy or can’t find soy beans, you’ll also learn how to make tofu from other legumes, like chickpeas, adzuki beans or red lentils.
