Day 6: Stir, Discard, Feed, Observe

Remember, ALWAYS FEED YOUR STARTER ITS WEIGHT IN FLOUR AND WATER.

And unless you are baking bread within 2 days, there is no need for you to keep more than 25 grams of your starter.

So, repeat the procedure from Day 5:

  1. Stir
  2. Discard to 25 grams. (or ~2 tablespoons)
  3. Feed it 25 grams flour + 25 grams water. (or ~3 tablespoons flour + 1 tablespoon water)
  4. Stir.
  5. Cover. Set aside. That's it. Oh, and observe it.
